Amal Neerad has been a master of shots and varied narratives in Malayalam, where he infused the many styles practiced in the west in his initial movies. The film stars Asif Ali, Indrajith, Rahman, Kalabhavan Mani, Vinayakan and Nithya Menen in the lead roles while Prithviraj makes a guest appearance, and Padmapriya and Remya Nambeesan appear in musical item numbers. Geevarghese Indrajith , Tony Asif Ali , Benny Rahman , Aiyappan Kalabhavan Mani and Fakeer Vinayakan had been together since childhood doing petty criminal acts and helping each other on crisis. Where does it head to? Ayyappan is told to meet Kamath at Chettiyar's den; otherwise, Neethu and her child will be killed. How did this thing get through Censor board.
The gang of friends manages to hide the still unconscious Tony, but he wakes up and slowly gets to his feet in a trance before collapsing. So much of slow shots tests your patience!! But in the later the movie moves' on to unexpected proportions which may not support its commercial prospects. So, to clear the air, Ayyappan and Fakir set out to bring Tony. Asif ali is impressive in his new looks while Kalabhavan Mani, Nithya Menon and Vinayakan play to their roles. Prithviraj has nothing much to do in the whole proceedings. The chemistry between the actors is what makes the script come alive, with Rahman and Indrajith sharing much of the brownie points.
The slow shots, the almost similar kind of song sequences, the song and dance along with the end-credits- Amal is 100 percent predictable. After a brief showdown, the whole group comes to an uneasy truce, lays their weapons down, and bonds over dinner - after all, these men grew up together. They then come across the heavily guarded convoy carrying the notes. But then, post-interval, all hell seemed to break loose, culminating in an atrocious song along with the end credits , supposedly taking place in hell. Remya Nambeeshan appears in just a song and another scene, does a good job of it, but you start wondering what it was all about. But top score, in my view, goes to Rahman.
May be all like cheap double meaning jokes…A tragedy in Mallu film Actors — very good acting. The film released on June 15, 2012, to negative reviews. The film seems to crash land even before it has had a proper, smooth flight… Ayyappan, Benny, Geevar, Tony and Fakir have been friends since their childhood. The video streaming site is now making it easier for anyone to create 3D video content, without the need for special cameras, with a beta 2D to 3D. Chilarkke ithu ishtapedu I mean njangale pole ulla puthu payyans… Hello…. The film released on 15 June 2012, to mixed reviews.
With the aid of Geever and Benny who shoots Kammath, Tony elopes with Neethu to a beautiful life in a lonely cottage at Munnar. The door is answered, and Kamath and his men burst in, seeking help for injuries sustained in the theater shootout. YouTube wants to improve on the lack of 3D content, which is one of the main barriers stopping mass adoption of the technology. Just for argument sake, if Big B which is considered by all these critics as a cult and standard setting movie was not criticized just for the fact that mammooty was doing the lead role. The gang desperately tries to retrieve their critically injured friend and escape. A gunfight erupts in the theater, with Kamath and Tony being shot. .
Where as Bachelor party lacks a megastar in its midst which I feel is seen as a weak point to blame the entire movie. Inghare aarum thokku choondi bheekshani peduthi iruthi kanichathe onnumalallo…Enna adhangi irunno Njangale pole ulla variety chindikunnavarkku paranjitullatha… Sorry to say your review of the film was hurting… No hard feelings… It is a very good film. Neethu buries Tony and leaves the villa with her daughter. Asif has done a neat job, Nithya Menen acts commendably well; Kalabhavan Mani looks great and Vinayagan is good. Three-dimensional videos on YouTube are not new. Now with 'Bachelor Party' he is trying to force a 'Tarantino' styled action flick in Mollywood.
Reunited and searching for a way to save Tony, they visit a fixer called Chettiyar. Seriously a treat for the visual and auditory senses, coupled with the dialogue delivery which has an effervescent colloquial aroma to it. The most irreverent, improper, rude youth film to date, this is designed as a stylish boy film, that may work better with some audience. Neethu, broken over her husband's death, demands to know what has happened, and in her grief, she threatens to open fire on others. The movie written by Unni R and Santhosh Echikaanam is uncharacteristic for its content.
Having heard this, the remainder of the waiting friends hide. With a story set almost like a travelogue of three days, the movie is about five hapless young men, childhood friends, and partners in crime. He puts in a wonderful performance and next in the line come Indrajith and Asif. A couple of the songs are good; the background score syncs perfectly with the theme?! Not for that filmi parlance, or 'family audiences' for sure, the movie with its unabashed language is also not suitable for straitlaced moralists or purists. It is just loaded with plenty of gunpowder that emits sporadically, on and on. Now the five-some set on a journey that is sure to shock the viewers with its lurid content and violent climax. After negotiating a price, the doctor operates removing the bullets from Tony.
