The trio doesn't learn about Ann's kidnapping until after they have secured a route to Kamoshida's treasure. In , she reveals that her poor grades are actually the result of a lack of willingness to study, saying that whenever she tries, she ends up playing games instead. Also, each post ends with links to each previous thread, so you're more than welcome to vote or post in old discussions; I don't know how many other people will read new posts in those threads, but I, at least, will see them : Now, onto Sojiro. She accessorizes with a single yellow hair clip above her left ear, as well as small circular earrings on both ears. Morgana would like it to be put on record that he absolutely does not approve. Unless you go on dates between ranks or after them which is pretty nice, but ultimately doesn't amount to much.
After much persuasion, Ann finally reveals to the protagonist how Kamoshida is trying to force himself on her, as she finally expresses her frustration and disgust towards the teacher, refusing to do as he says. Ann's farewell gift after maxing her Confidant is the Fashion Magazine, allowing Ann the ability to use Crocodile Tears and Sexy Technique from the start in New Game+. After a week distanced from his own life, however, the problem turns into gathering enough courage to go back and face a mother and group of friends who are probably better without him. Both her parents are fashion designers who put on extravagant shows, and that they jump from country to country, so Ann does not see them that often. Although she understands that Kamoshida is ultimately the one at fault for what happened to Shiho, she can't help but feel partially responsible as well, due to frequently pushing Shiho to keep with the volleyball team despite the effect it was having on her.
Persona 5 Manga In the manga adaptation of the game, Ann's role is slightly altered. Akira and Ann talk some more about modeling: apparently Ann's parents are both fashion designers, who travel the world and mostly leave her on her own. With the help of the protagonist and Ryuji's motivating words, she finds the inner strength and determination to avenge her friend and all other victims, and utterly destroy Kamoshida for his heinous crimes. I also think linking Shiho in is weird because she has to be pushed to the end of the confidant line because she should be in rehab for months. A good friend would comfort her. In reality, Kamoshida tearfully condemns his own self and confesses to his crimes, being subsequently arrested and charged shortly thereafter, much to Ann's satisfaction and relief. Ultimately, she figures out that it was actually painted by , who gave it to Madarame to pass off as his own.
I'm pretty sure it's the reason her element is Fire. Her gratitude to the protagonist and her strengthened resolve causes Carmen to transform into. Or, really, how to be anyone who isn't the Student Council President, the Therapist Friend, or the strategist of the Phantom Thieves. She also believes that she should have dared Kamoshida to take Shiho off the team when he threatened, as he wouldn't have done anything that would risk costing him games, but ultimately feels that she didn't believe in Shiho's ability. Sakamoto Ryuji is a member of this task force and determined to capture the Phantom Thieves, even if their leader likes to flirt with him at every chance encounter between them. Also, I am not a fan of Joker's replies and how Mika is played off as someone to be admired but, from what I have seen, this seems to be a culture difference issue.
Ann just laughs, though, because she realizes Mika's just like those anime villains she used to idealize, but has now moved on from. I won't let any more people suffer because of him. Everything with Shiho also added a weight to it that others had and showed the impact Joker has on her life. Not only that but players will naturally gravitate towards party members and characters they like as priority confidants to max. There are a lot of little touches in Haru's link that make it feel like a real conversation, such as Haru taking a minute to understand your jokes and then laughing at them.
I think for the lovers arcana, I see Rise's social link being better as it focuses on her serious problems unlike Ann's who talk mostly about Shiho and her modeling career meanwhile on the main story, Ann does take some spotlight due to her looks like the desert drive and the beach despite Makoto's presence. Because I am preeeeetty sure that whatever number you're tallying makes this, technically, not a bromance. If you're one of those people, I suggest writing to the mods to request a sticky, upvoting these threads for visibility, and checking in every Tuesday and Saturday for new threads. Initially is seduced by her looks and Ryuji was not aware of that Ann being a fake created from Kamoshida's cognition, but Morgana quickly realizes that it was a fake. While thinking of their next target, she is approached by , an art student whom she initially thought to be a stalker until he clears the misunderstanding, telling her he wants her to be his next model for his art. Which is unfortunate because post-Kamoshida Ann doesn't really get many big story moments outside of fanservice or comedy. Part of the romances being shallow is that they're literally the last few ranks.
A post-canon story on how Ryuji approaches his possible futures. Some confidants, , are leveled up through story progression. You might recall that I did argue very strongly that the Eiko storyline does develop things about Makoto, but usually in an indirect sort of way; Mika is much more overt and clear to follow. Keep it a coherent story instead of jumping around. Overhearing that the protagonist and Ryuji wants to expose Kamoshida's crime, Ann asks to join them, but Ryuji harshly tells her not to get involved. I honestly expected her to be a mementos request, not a goddamn role model.
In Rank Nine of her Confidant, she learns that Shiho plans on transferring to another school. Do not post spoilers in the title. Use link-flairs for each thread you create. This week's thread focuses on Ann Takamaki, the third of the three companions who join you in the game's opening story arc. I want to strengthen my heart. I would love for the friendship line to be You have us rather than the You have the others but otherwise I think this is well done. The task force is led by the esteemed detective Akechi Goro, famous for solving many cases at a young age.
Three cups of sleeping pill laced tea and one long train ride later she appears in the cafe LeBlanch, ready to live a year wrapping her chest and keeping her hair carefully cut as she attends school as 'Akira'. If you stretched this out, you're going to just have issues connecting with the story that is so all over the place. That said, while I do think she is best girl, her confidant line did leave a lot to be desired. I mean, they always say laughter's the best medicine, right? She has a tendency to mock or prank people who are ogling her, like Ryuji, and is disgusted with the idea of being used as a nude model for Yusuke's art. When they sat downa and thought it through, they either decided they couldn't get ten scenes out of both or that they couldn't get ten scenes out of Shiho but didn't want to cut her out. Despite all of this, Ann can also be rather sarcastic when annoyed or upset, particularly during her early encounters with Makoto, and isn't even above using profanity when pushed over the edge.
